Jacques P. DeGruy

Jacques is a 2004 graduate of Loyola University School of Law. While studying there, he was a member of the Moot Court Staff and the Honor Board and he was honored with an Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. He was admitted to practice in all Louisiana courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in 2004.

Jacques is an active member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He also contributes legal articles to various trade journals in the maritime and insurance industries.
