Bill graduated from Louisiana State University
School of Law in 1990, where he was recognized for
excellence in legal writing. Bill has over fifteen
years experience as a litigator. He is admitted
to practice before the United States Supreme Court
and all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well
as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He represents clients throughout the United States
and abroad and has served as trial counsel in state
and federal litigation in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana,
Missouri, Mississippi, New York, Texas, and Virginia.
His defense practice includes all areas of admiralty
and maritime law as well as insurance, transportation
and general casualty matters.
Bill is a member of the American Bar Association
and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is also
a member of various industry groups and associations.
Bill has contributed articles to and spoken at numerous
industry seminars.
