André J. Mouledoux

Following a successful early career in broadcast journalism, André graduated from the Loyola University School of Law in 1977. André honed his legal writing and advocacy skills at Loyola as a member of the Law Review and the International Moot Court Team. For almost thirty years, André has been engaged primarily in a litigation and commercial law practice. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and all Louisiana state and federal courts as well as United States Fifth and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals. He has served as lead trial counsel in state and federal litigation in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, New York, Maryland, Ohio, and California.

André is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association where he serves in its House of Delegates. He is also a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, New Orleans Board of Trade, Maritime Law Association of the United States and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. André has published several law review articles and is a regular legal articles contributor to industry trade journals. He has also lectured law students in trial advocacy and has spoken at several general casualty and maritime seminars around the country.
